  • Consultation and quoting: We begin by visiting your project site, if it’s within driving distance from us. Otherwise, we can assess your photos and dimensions and give you a quote over the phone.
  • Drafting and approval: When you give us the go-ahead, we’ll prepare detailed drawings and a work proposal. If it matches your vision, we’ll send you a deposit invoice.
  • Supervision and management: Next, we dedicate a team to manage your project every step of the way.
  • Fabrication: With everything in place, we’ll begin crafting your design and custom piece in our Lancaster County shop.

Streamlined Nationwide Shipping

We are very particular about how we ship every piece of custom wood millwork, from delicate windows to massive doors. Our goal is to craft durable pieces and get them to you intact. We begin our meticulous shipping process by wrapping each piece in protective foam for cushioning. Then, we pack them in custom-built wooden crates and seal them with waterproof plastic to protect them from moisture.
