Every door we create is a unique reflection of our client’s vision, brought to life through a curated selection of premium materials and handcrafted details:

Wood species: We offer a variety of wood species and reclaimed wood chosen for visual character and structural performance. Options include Sapele Mahogany, White Oak, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, and Knotty Alder.
Stains and finishes: Our extensive stain library enhances your door’s natural appeal while providing robust protection against the elements and everyday wear. Choose from warm honey tones, classic walnut browns, and contemporary gray-washed finishes.
Hardware: We offer hand-forged vintage door hardware and custom designs for handles, latches, track and trolley, automatic lock sets, hinges, and concealed closures.

For projects requiring faster timelines, we offer our semi-custom Heritage Series wooden doors. This line features curated designs, pre-selected premium species, and streamlined production processes while maintaining furniture-grade finishing standards. We provide installation services for projects within our regional service area and work closely with builders and contractors nationwide to ensure proper installation.

Our Process for Crafting Handmade Wooden Doors

Our process begins with understanding your unique needs. We send contractors for an on-site evaluation and a transparent quote. If your location is not within driving distance, you can send us photos and dimensions to receive your estimate. Once you approve the initial quote, we move into the collaborative design phase.

During this stage, we develop detailed drawings and a comprehensive work proposal, actively seeking your input to ensure every detail perfectly reflects your vision. We will issue a deposit invoice only after you are fully satisfied with these plans. We then assign a dedicated team to manage your project from start to finish, guiding it through crafting and completion.
